How can I shop Hectik
Shopping Hectik is simple as...
1. Choose what you want to buy clicking on the Add to Cart button on the product page. Remember to select your size, the color of the clothes you're buying, and quantity; quantity is by default on 1, you can change this to whatever quantity you desire.
2. Once you're ready to pay, click on your shopping cart 
placed at the top right of the page, next to the Search field. On the cart page you will see fields to fill with your shipping information (address, phone number, etc.). It's very important that you verify the delivery information to avoid any delays or loss. In this page is where you would put your discount code.

When you're ready to check-out, click 'Show order summary'.
This will show you -guess what- your Order Summary, and just below it, you'll see a field with the word 'Discount'. This is where you the code goes.
Example:
"'Use Offer Code: BELLEZA"
In the field type in 'BELLEZA' exactly as it is promoted on all media.
¿What are Hectik Points?
*Access your Hectik Points account through a computer. Click on the Hectik Points Tab on the lower left part of the screen.
Hectik Points are awarded for each dollar spent in an order (excluding tax & discounts). So when you buy Hectik it's a win-win because you're buying quality products and you win points for your purchase. Wait. I get the clothes I want and win points to save on future purchases? Oh yeah.
How do I subscribe?
At the bottom of the screen you will see a tab that says 'Rewards Program'.
Follow the steps to subscribe.
Still don't have an account with the store... What are you waiting for to start saving? Once you accumulate enough points, you could redeem them to get up to $25 dollars in discount.
I want to pay with my debit/credit card, but I don't see this payment method.
Pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal. We are currently working to add more payment methods so that you have an easy and safe payment experience.
How do I know my order has been processed?
After you complete filling in your shipping and billing information, completed checkout, you will receive an email with your order details. It is estimated that orders made on weekdays before 3pm will get to the post office the same day. Once your order is in the post office, you will receive a second email with the tracking number of your package.
